Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Holmes: Page 1, line 8: Delete "to treat a chronic condition" Page 1, line 9, following "medication": Insert "to treat a chronic condition" 2013-04-05 House Journal Page 0920 Page 2, line 1: Delete "and" Page 2, line 3, following "dispensed": Insert "; (4) if the prescriber has indicated the number of refills needed; and (5) the prescription topical eye medication being refilled is covered under the covered person's policy" Page 2, line 5: Delete "a 30-day" Insert "the approved dosage" Representative Holmes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 125(L&C) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 125(L&C) am was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CSHB 125(L&C) am pass the House?"
